Room Hire solutions
Sivatech are pleased to offer flexible and extremely affordable ‘room hire’ solutions, to accommodate a wide range of training and meeting requirements, at their superb training centre in Gatehouse Close, Aylesbury.
As a ‘Centre of Excellence’ for training solutions, Sivatech is an ideal location for various events, including training, conferences, seminars, workshops, meetings and exhibitions. It is centrally located, close to the Bus and Train Stations, and offers ample free car parking on site.
All rooms are comfortable, with natural lighting and air conditioning. A range of resources are available for your event, from flip charts to multimedia presentations.
In-house refreshments and hot or cold catering can be provided and tailored to your requirements.
The Sivatech Rooms
Conference Room 1
Approximately 46m² and located on the first floor, Conference Room 1 has a capacity of around 30 delegates, theatre style, with a 'break-out' area located next to the room.
Conference Room 2
Conference Room 2 is a huge 81m² and can comfortably accommodate around 60 delegates, theatre style. It is located on the ground floor, with LCD Projector in the ceiling and an excellent sound system. This is also an ideal room for photography and filming.

Room 3
Conference Room 3 is located on the first floor and comfortably seats around 15 delegates, U-Shape with tables. An ideal Training Room, with an adjacent 'break-out' area.
Meeting Room 1
This meeting room is located on the ground floor. Approximately 57m², with a large break-out area, this room easily accommodates 20 delegates, theatre-style.
Meeting Rooms
Sivatech can offer smaller meeting rooms on the ground floor, that would also be ideal for board room style meetings, small training groups, break-out or ‘hot desk’ rooms.
IT Suite
The IT Suite is located on the ground floor and consists of 6 PCs and an adjacent 'break-out' room. A comfortable, air conditioned room with adjustable PC chairs. IT Training Courses at Sivatech are provided exclusively by Activia.
